Every time I order from this company, I am blown away, the service is amazing , plants are packed extremely well, they arrive in perfect condition, all the plants I have received have been healthy large specimens . Can’t fault this company

I ordered a glazed pot as a gift and was informed it was the last in stock and flawed so agreed to exchange for a different size. Cannot fault the customer service, communication was excellent throughout and Esther was so lovely to deal with. The pot arrived yesterday and is absolutely gorgeous, the recipient was thrilled with it! Would happily purchase again!
I placed two orders from Hortology, the second including pots. I had several email exchanges with Danielle who provided very helpful advice with regard to pot selection. On both occasions the plants arrived very promptly, were packaged well and in very good condition. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Excellent online site. I ordered a large plant and a pot as a birthday gift. The delivery was very prompt and the plant and pot were extremely well boxed. The plant was such a lovely quality and looked really healthy and my son was thrilled with his gift. I would definitely recommend Hortolgy for quality plants and excellent service.
Very happy with my purchase and the quality of it. When I read some of the bad reviews I was wondering if we think about the same company. I received the beautiful, healthy plant and a nice pot for it. Everything very well packed, quicker than I thought (was with me within a week) and I exactly knew what time the driver will be. I'm sure, I will buy something again!
I have made several orders over the last few weeks and have been really happy with the plants I have received and the overall service is impressive.
I am slightly disappointed that one of the plants that arrived two days ago (Areca palm) was starting to develop brown tips, which I assumed may be due to lack of water and gave a good water. However, on further inspection it actually has mealybugs and one that arrived a few weeks ago (ficus elastica) has also got mealybugs. Not the end of the world but a little bit disappointed with it being new - is unfortunately the downside of owning houseplants. The Areca palm was packed in the same box as two other plants I ordered, they were in plastic wrapping and packaged really well so hopefully the bugs haven’t got on these two as well, but just shows how important it is to quarantine your plants when they first arrive!
Overall though, I am happy with Hortology.

I'd made an error with my order, I was appreciative that they didn't just blindly ship it out and reached out to me to check first, so I was able to correct it.
Plants have arrived and I love them. Would definitely recommend
Ordered a plant and a pot as a gift. The recipient was delighted. Despite a covid delay warning the delivery was within a few days. I liked the user experience of the site, in particular that they indicated if the plants were pet safe. Will definitely use again.
